A Tall Fish Tale

Carp(the ugliest species of fish found in the Wisconsin River up here in Wisconsin), will chomp on anything colorful at the end of your hook. They especially love canned corn. Slap a row of kernels on your hook and you'll be reelin' em in big time. If you don't be careful they'll take your pole right out of your hands. Not only did that happen to me but one stole my butterfinger too. We had a couple of caught carp on the floor of the boat when one flipped up knocking my butterfinger from my hand. It landed in the water and to my amazement was devoured by a school of carp in mere seconds.
