    It started out like an ordinary Halloween. But then we got a call. Female. Left her Halloween candy on her porch. The candy was GONE! My partner and I raced to the residence. “But officer, you don’t understand, these were FULL SIZE Butterfingers” FULL SIZE? The really big, really buttery, totally delicious ones? Now that IS a crime! We took the report and were ready to leave when we spotted the perp. We’ve run into him before, street name “Max”. Cute little guy in a dog costume. Or was it a costume?
