Son at fault

I bought a Butterfinger to enjoy with a cup of coffee after work. When I went to sit down with my coffee I found a empty wrapper on the end table. My son was the only one at home when I left for work, as he was working a later shift that day, when I confronted him later that night he took the 5th.
