The Betrayal

I always break my Butterfingers in half so as to savor them on 2 separate occasions. I tuck the 2nd half away in my *secret* hiding spot for later. After a particularly bad day, I went to retrieve my hidden half a bar of happiness in a wrapper only to find...the wrapper. My fiance had discovered my secret stash and gobbled it down without a thought to my well-being! I immediately considered calling off the engagement. But, he apologized, bought me another one, and gosh-darn-it, he's CUTE so I *guess* I'll give him 1 more chance!
