He laid his snout on my butterfinger

I had saved my butterfinger until there was nobody else around to steal it. I had hid it in the perfect spot and unwrapped it with care. This was my prize to be had. All of a sudden I heard the clickety clack of nails on hard wood and in one swoop he rushed me and engulfed my butterfinger with his large snout. Yes. My dog laid his snout on my butterfinger.
