Lost at the Pound!

I work at an animal shelter. Last week, my lunch (a butterfinger of course) was last seen at 11 AM on my desk. When I reached for it at noon, it was gone! After checking out the clues left by the thief, I tracked it down to a sneaky Chihuahua, who apparently was in cahoots with Petunia the pitbull. Petunia must have allowed the Chihuahua to climb on her back, reaching the Butterfinger to share. I was unable to lock them up, as they had been adopted prior to my conclusion.
