These Marshmallow Butterfinger Bars are the perfect sweet treat to celebrate the spooky season!!
Ingredients
- 24 ounces milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 10 ounces mini marshmallows
- 6 Marshmallow Butterfinger bars, chopped
How to make it
- Grab your largest microwave-safe bowl and add the chocolate chips and peanut butter. You'll want a big bowl because marshmallows are going in soon!
- Microwave for 2-3 minutes, giving it a stir every 30 seconds until everything's melted and looking creamy and smooth.
- Chop 4 Marshmallow Butterfinger bars into a blend of small pieces and big chunks
- Now mix in the mini marshmallows and chopped Butterfinger bars, stirring everything until covered in that chocolatey peanut buttery goodness.
- Spread the mixture into a foil-lined 9×13 pan.
- While it's still soft, sprinkle the remaining 2 chopped Marshmallow Butterfinger bars over the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
