These Marshmallow Butterfinger Bars are the perfect sweet treat to celebrate the spooky season!!

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 10 ounces mini marshmallows
  • 6 Marshmallow Butterfinger bars, chopped

How to make it

  1. Grab your largest microwave-safe bowl and add the chocolate chips and peanut butter. You'll want a big bowl because marshmallows are going in soon!
  2. Microwave for 2-3 minutes, giving it a stir every 30 seconds until everything's melted and looking creamy and smooth.
  3. Chop 4 Marshmallow Butterfinger bars into a blend of small pieces and big chunks
  4. Now mix in the mini marshmallows and chopped Butterfinger bars, stirring everything until covered in that chocolatey peanut buttery goodness.
  5. Spread the mixture into a foil-lined 9×13 pan.
  6. While it's still soft, sprinkle the remaining 2 chopped Marshmallow Butterfinger bars over the top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing.
  8. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
